Hella Occupy
technically the photo is from the 2009 UC Berkeley fee hike/tuition increase protests, and technically the “Hella Occupy” slogan is Oakland’s chosen quote, but…

“Keep Wall Street Occupied!” Send them back their own shit. Watch this video & take the time everyday to do so… cost’s nothing but 1 minute of your day.

Honestly, It also gives the US Post Office something to do as well as secures the jobs of those working at the US Post Office! This will be made routine for my house.

  9. Negotiations with the Police during Occupation

Given the police brutality that has been escalating (and given today’s events in SF’s Justin Hermann plaza), everyone should check out a great debate centering on the relationship between occupiers and police.  The debate is between n+1 contributor Jeremy Kessler and a group of activists, students and professors.  Here is Kessler’s n+1 piece and here is the group’s response.  Here is Kessler’s response to their response.

  10. An amazing video out of San Francisco.  Activists at Justin Hermann Plaza have been forcibly removed.  In this video, talks with police break down (as they do).  The best part is when the city worker refuses to transport their tarps.  He gets out of his truck, and the police are forced to move the vehicle.
